The Butler Building

The Butler Building is managed by a family-run business and offers office space at reasonable rates. Julia and Drew were responsive to my needs while I rented space, and their office is in the same building. They offer shared conference rooms which are very important for flexibility (and accessibility if you rent on the second floor). The best features for my needs were location, conference space, parking, and affordability. I previously worked downtown where affordable space is getting squeezed out with new development, but I found that the Butler Building has maintained its status as a focal point for the small business community in Athens.

Top class people with a top class project. This was the obvious choice for expanding our counseling business to Athens. Julie was very kind to me and to my wife and runs a top notch facility. I look forward to many years of business with this family.

Butler has a tenant that doesn't help the business. He is very unprofessional, meets "clients" there after hours. I will stop with the one comment.

Like to go onto that building it has not been updated love to see old buildings that are left the same as it was build

A little weird about the restrooms but otherwise nice,
