The Bunker Hill Building

What I love about this building is this beautiful Spanish Mission door that now adorns one of the front lobby walls.

Pretty meh business building on a pretty meh section of I-10. Indescribable as compared to most 2-4 story buildings in the area from the same construction period. Brown. Brown everywhere. Houses a number of businesses, clinics, law firms, etc. Public parking limited to small section at the rear. Literally no landscaping. Ugly. Doors, stairs and elevators all work properly.

Perfect location, plenty of parking, close local restaurants and shopping, easy access, AC/heating on weekends, 24-hr access, professional janitorial service, well lit parking areas, agreeable and friendly management and maintenance staff. A+, 5* in my book. Resident.

I had a great experience the doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time to address all of my needs.

This building is so clean and nice. I like how it has a museum feel to it, even if it's just another office building.
