Huge NO for me. I set up an appointment and walked in explaining it was my first time getting my brows laminated. Sonya did not go over any newbie procedures or any after care. She stayed on a personal phone call the whole time and never seemed focused on just “me” as a client. She even went back and forth between me and a brow wax she had come in and I didn’t notice her change gloves or wash hands after handling cards/other services. Once the lamination process was almost over she mentioned she would dye my brows, which I was ok with but never informed it was included in the price. The lamination looked pretty good (I got my eyebrows waxed elsewhere before hand) but my eyebrows were pitch black in color. I got home and called her asking how I can remove the color and mentioned to her that

OK I cannot even begin to tell you how much I recommend Sonya to you. I have tried every single brow pencil pomade basically anything that you could possibly think of to fill in my eyebrows over the last 15 to 20 years and my eyebrows have never looked this good in my entire life. I don’t understand why she is not charging more money she could easily charge double and I would still go and not choose anyone else. I’m pretty sure at this point no one else is ever allowed to touch my eyebrows. My eyebrows have been such a huge insecurity for me I wouldn’t even get out of the bathroom after I took a shower until I drew my eyebrows on and it just took so much time honestly I even told my sister if anything ever happen to me just please make sure I have eyebrows on my face. Sonya is absolutely amazing! She loves enhancing the beauty of her clients and she’s great at it. If your looking for micro blading definitely go see her/ your eyebrows will thank you 😀

This review is long overdue...I was quite happy with Sonya's work the first & second time I visited. My microblading lasted less than a year but I was fine with filling it in. The following year didn't go so well. I didn't realize it at the time (busy chatting) but she didn't use the stencil & they were not even. One brow was more rounded and the other was more squared. Needless to say, I had to use an eyebrow pencil to adjust the rounded brow daily....& have not been back. I almost feel that I didn't get the same care because I'm a senior.

I’ve been going to Sonya for over two years now and she is absolutely wonderful! I do a lash + eyebrow lift and tint with her and she always does a beautiful job. She is gentle with her hands and careful to listen to your wants. I love the way she does my brows and my lashes always turn out great as well, not to forget the lift lasts SO long when she does them. I’ve been to a few different salons as I have moved around the country & I always get excited when I have the opportunity to find time & go see her. Best person hands down!!
