The Brow House

I can’t say enough good things about my experience at The Brow House in Charlottesville! Sarah is incredibly talented and made my brows look better than they ever have. Her work is precise, natural-looking, and truly high quality. What really stands out, though, is how kind and thoughtful she is throughout the entire experience. She takes the time to listen to what I want and makes sure I felt completely comfortable from start to finish. Whether you’re looking for expert brow waxing, tinting, or shaping, The Brow House is the place to go!

Sarah is a great waxer as was her predecessor but this place is not welcoming to individuals who do not agree with their views. Granted this is Charlottesville so 99% of the population is Left of Stalin but I have no interest in supporting businesses that think I'm evil and neither should any other conservative

The morning of my appointment, I woke up with mild dermatitis (skin irritation) from a medication side effect and wasn’t sure if I could still come. I called in, and they were super understanding of the situation. I texted a few pictures of my skin, and Sarah determined she was comfortable still seeing me, but also gave me the option to reschedule, which I appreciated. I ended up going in, and am glad I did as I left with gorgeous brows and 0 adverse effects. Before getting started, Sarah consulted with me on the shape I was going for to make sure we were on the same page. I wanted a little more space between my brows and a lifted look, without completely altering my natural brow. She absolutely delivered.
