I had such a wonderful experience at OverSoul Healing Center. The space feels peaceful and welcoming from the moment you walk in. The sound bath was amazing. Heather is incredibly warm, considerate, and skilled. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a meaningful healing experience. The tones and vibrations were so calming and the session took me on a wonderful journey. I left feeling completely relaxed and refreshed. I HIGHLY recommend Heather and OverSoul Healing Center to anyone looking to unwind, recharge, or explore healing in a really supportive environment.

Wow, this was quite the experience! It started with the founder Cassidy's promptness and flexibility over the phone which allowed me to schedule two last-minute 60 minute massages. When we arrived, we immediately felt welcomed and at peace in the cozy waiting area including complementary tea and water. We had appointments with Hannah and Kim. Both therapists were fantastic and listened to our individual needs delivering a holistic therapeutic experience beyond what either of could have ever expected. If we find ourselves in the Charlottesville area again, we will be back for the relaxing vibes and full body healing without a doubt! Much gratitude for the work y'all do daily.

I absolutely loved my entire visit and experience at OSHC. The vibe is so welcoming from the minute entering the front door. My friends treated me to a sound bath provided by Heather for my birthday, and I can’t describe the level of deep meditation and relaxation that I experienced. It was truly another dimension. I cannot recommend higher for anyone looking for an hour escape to a different plane. Truly remarkable experience!

Laura was absolutely wonderful! She fit me in the same day, which I appreciated so much, and gave me one of the best deep tissue massages I’ve ever had! Not only did she help release so much physical tension—already easing my constant headaches—but she also created such a safe, comforting space. She was the perfect balance of skilled massage therapist and caring listener, and I left feeling both physically and emotionally lighter. I can’t thank her enough and will definitely be coming back to see her as soon as possible!

OverSoul is a gift to our community. If you’re ever like “oh shit I could really use a massage” this is the place. I have booked week of and day of appointments and just select the any provider option; every massage therapist I have seen at OverSoul has been outstanding. I was weighed down with trying out different spas or having to book a month in advance and OverSoul took that stress off of me. Also, it’s super cute inside and everyone has a calm, welcoming energy.
