The braider who did my hair was incredibly skilled,gentle handed, patient, and so talented. My braids came out absolutely flawless and neat, clean parts, perfect tension, and exactly the style I imagined. I left feeling so confident and beautiful. I just got the cutest ponytail done by Riian, and my gosh I am so happy I found her page on TikTok. I needed a quick ponytail done for an upcoming interview and she took the time for me with my booking even though the time I am able to close from work was not available but She helped me get the time and I am super grateful.☺️ I will be back again. She got me in the same day no hassle free, clean neat, nice environment relaxed good vibes affordable quality service with a real down to earth young lady. I wish I could say wonderful things about this business, but the first time I attempt to make an appointment I was cancelled! I received a text message requesting if the appointment could be moved to which I replied yes, I could move the appointment a whole day. I think it's fair to state that by the time I read the text message it was a couple of hours (What can I say, my phone isn't glued to my hand!). The person who texted me earlier sent me another text saying, sorry someone else booked that slot!!!... I am sorry, but I feel that is highly inappropriate to do! I made an appointment in advance, which the website said there was a penalty for canceling, how does this business think it's fair or even professional to cancel an appointment this way?
