Absolutely amazing deep tissue work. I cycle and box 4–5 times a week, and her massage therapy has made a huge difference in my recovery and mobility. She really knows how to break up tight muscle tissue and incorporates stretching in a way that leaves me feeling loose, balanced, and ready to train again. Professional, intuitive, and incredibly effective — highly recommend.

The experience at Temple of Esteem Studio was amazing. Stacy excels at making you feel totally relaxed starting with an inviting and comfortable environment that puts you at ease. Her directions to arrive were easy to understand. We discussed the goal of the session as well as any underlying issues to focus on. Her manner was extremely professional but also caring and welcoming as well. The massage was top notch and customized to my individual needs. The back scrub was definitely worth the upgrade and made for a very relaxing experience. Overall, Stacy is an expert at making you feel relaxed and rejuvenated.

I received my first massage from Stacy today and I can say of a certainty, it won’t be my last. Leading up to my appointment, she clearly communicated the address and instructions for my arrival. I was warmly welcomed to the space set aside for my massage. What followed was the best massage I have ever been given. Stacy cared for every detail and seemed to feel exactly what I needed. Although this establishment isn’t located in the most beautiful part Dayton, the service and space is amazing. Stacy is very pleasant and has great communication. The massage left me feeling lighter and refreshed. She is great at what she does. I will definitely choose Temple of Esteem anytime I’m in town and need to unwind.
