Shirley Leung, I read 10 or so articles about the fact that Massachusetts is losing constituents. Number one, not a single one of you mentioned the fact that this state is criminalizing driving…I find it odd that not one article mentioned that as a problem. Number two, your answer of figuring out immigration is ridiculous in this current climate. Do you know how many ppl in this state get very angry at the states immigration policies. I don’t have that problem, but I have had business owners and co workers who were born in this state that hate the direction the state is taking. So is it that you want no white ppl born in Massachusetts living here or just to get rid of driving and white ppl drive too much?

I share the same feelings that others have written here about avoiding at home delivery service. Never have I had such a painful experience trying to 1) get the paper that I have purchased 2) Cancel with this company after not getting the papers I had purchased. I paid for 6 Sunday deliveries, I got 2/6 - and while they are kind enough to provide vouchers for another papers fairly easily if you don't get one, the two vouchers I got when I reported the first two missing were also not delivered. I'm not going to do this every time, it's incredibly frustrating. Then I cancelled my subscription, to which I got a surprise $1.50 balance for cancelling it in the mail - fine whatever, just to get you out of my life I will pay this. Oh and guess what, you can't put 4 digits in the CVV section of

The worst customer service! The Globe keeps charging me for a digital subscription but I cannot access the Globe. I have called customer service and left voice mail. I have contacted online. No response. Meanwhile I keep getting charged. Outrageous!

**** AVOID HOME DELIVERY SUBSCRIPTIONS AT ALL COSTS*** In this climate where print newspaper readership is at an all time low, you'd think stellar home delivery service would be provided. However, I am a relatively new print subscriber and the paper has barely arrived consistently for a week. When it does, it is left in the lobby of my building without any name or identifying labels. The communication and resolution to this issue has been a consistent struggle and spotty at best. If you feel the need to subscribe, SAVE YOUR MONEY AND ENERGY and do the cheap digital only subscription. AVOID PRINT COPIES DELIVERED AT ALL COSTS.

I have been a Boston Globe subscriber and reader for over 50 years. It is true that print newspapers are having a difficult time in the digital age. To say that the content of the Globe both daily and Sunday has significantly diminished in the last five years is not an exaggeration. Six page sections are a disgrace. Of late the condition of the newspaper when it arrives is also a disgrace. There were problems with the printing and delivery of the globe for weeks at a time. Below is a photo of today’s newspaper. If I were to call the Globe and request a new copy, it would not arrive , and the delivery person would be extremely upset, saying “I delivered the newspaper” Curious where we go from here?
