Overall, my experience was very positive from today's visit. The staff was pleasant, patient, and genuinely kind throughout my visit. I truly appreciated how welcoming everything felt. When it came time to pay, I was using a gift certificate and realized there was not enough remaining to include the tip. I asked if I could grab my purse and pay the tip separately. The staff tried to help and remained polite and understanding while figuring things out, which I appreciated. However, the interaction with the manager unfortunately changed the tone of the experience. She appeared visibly irritated and was not very engaging. Communication felt strained, and at one point when I asked a question for clarification, I received no response, only a stare, which made the situation uncomfortable. I ev

Spa Bilancia is AMAZING! They gave the best massage. They listened to my requests of where I needed the most pressure and where it was tender. I couldn’t tell you the last time I was so relaxed. Book yourself a spa day- you won’t regret it one bit!!!

I never write reviews, but I feel genuinely compelled to write this one. I had a 60-minute massage, a facial, and an eyebrow tint + wax at Spa Bilancia, and it was one of the best spa experiences I’ve ever had. My massage (I believe with Felicia) was absolutely perfect — I’ve had over 65 massages in my life, and this one truly stood out. It was that rare balance between relaxing and effective. I woke up the next morning not sore, just refreshed and loose — exactly what I wanted leading up to my wedding. My facial and dermaplane with Emily was incredible — easily one of the best I’ve ever had. My skin feels hydrated, clear, and glowy this morning. Had my very first facial today with Emily, needless to say it was everything I hoped it would be and more! From the moment I stepped into the spa I was greeted and given a robe and sandals and shown where I could change and put my personal belongings. After changing into the robe and sandals I was taken to the relaxation room where I sat in a nice recliner with a heated blanket. The room was peaceful with minimal lighting to aid in relaxing. I was asked what beverage I would like, complimentary with my service, and brought a heated neck pillow. I arrived early to be able to enjoy all aspects of the services. Really not good. Instructed them that my nose is oily and was told they couldn't do anything about that once I got there and was in the room. Was basically lathered with repulsively thick creams and the lady doing the facial would just spin it around my face with the very very tips of her fingers. I don't blame her, I blame whoever trained her. Really just a bad facial and horrible products. As productive as flushing $100+ down the toilet.
