The Best Nail Spa of Norwalk — New Fantastic Spa & Nails

Everyone here was incredibly nice. Loved them. Tracy took care of me. I loved her eye for detail, her flexibility with changes and her desire to make sure it looks right. I will be back.

I hate writing reviews on google but this place is terrible I wish I can give 0 starts she did my nails way to short so I asked her nicely to do it longer instead of putting me a new nail she did a powder it is so bad and when she was filing for my nails it was very painful and burning I left the place crying it looks so bad I wanted to leave but they insisted for me to stay I always get my nails done and my experience was never painful and burning DONT EVER GO HERE Terrible place ignore the 5 stars! My nails are still hurting and burning thanks to this place

They enjoy doing nail designs here which is fun! Christine copied my inspo pic exactly after taking a quick glance. They have a ton of gel colors but not as many regular nail polishes.

I have been here couple times. I like here more than where i used to go. They offer good and clean service than other nail salon. All of the staff are really nice. The salon is really clean. It has been renovated and upgraded. I highly recommend!

5stars to my Tech LINDA !!!! She is amazing, she take care of my mani/pedi and gets all my cuticles out of my sight, Almost like a Brazilian mani/pedi. Shape is always as I request. What I show her, she deliver. Owners are cordial, clean place.
