This was my first time at Jay Romero Salon, and I had such a great experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was welcoming and professional. Jay really listened to what I wanted and made me feel comfortable as a new client. I also loved the complimentary drinks.. I had a cappuccino, and they even offer wine, which was such a nice touch. The attention to detail, care, and overall vibe of the salon were amazing. I absolutely love how my hair turned out and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a stylist who truly knows what they’re doing!!!

Such a great salon experience! The stylist was attentive and made sure to understand exactly what I wanted before starting. The haircut and styling were done with precision, and the final result looked amazing. The environment was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. I felt relaxed throughout the visit. I had the most amazing experience at Jay Romero Salon as a new client this past weekend. The space is beautifully designed...open, clean, stylish and relaxing. The entire staff creates a welcoming and friendly vibe. They truly work as a team which was super fun to watch! Jay is truly an artist with a great eye for detail and a level of care that is second to none. He takes the time to listen as well as offering his honest and expertise opinion on what would look best which I truly appreciated. I have been looking for "my place" for a few years now and I have found it! Thank you Jay and I look forward to my next appointment in December :) P.S. The cappuccino was DELICIOUS
