The Beauty Supply Plus

My daughter was here from Texas Tech Univ and I wanted her to braid my hair. As I am new to the area, we found Beauty Supply Plus. We walked in, my daughter found exactly what she wanted. We met the owner and she was so helpful and friendly. I am very particular of what I put on my head. The owner and my daughter collaborated to get me what I needed. My daughter, being a student loved the price points so much, she went back to the shop and purchased more items and hair to bring back to school. Thanks for an inviting experience. Very nice lady and knowledgeable.

Very rude! My 6 year old daughter was with me shopping and was picking up items on the shelf and placed them back and the owner I believed walked up to her and said “no ma’am we don’t put these on the shelf like that because they’ll break” which she didn’t placed the items perfectly back on the shelf but she wasn’t being disruptive but simply being a curious kid! I placed all my item back and simply left!

The customer service is terrible. It’s very unorganized. Products are not neatly displayed. Not all products had price tags on it. The products that had tags on reflect two different prices for the same exact thing. They also don’t give military discount or do refunds even if the products aren’t open. I will never shop there again.

I love this store its super organized prices are better than most and my favorite part.... its black woman owned and ran! Very knowledgeable of the products she sells and I can always get in and out. Service is good too! Ever since I moved here 3 years ago I've shopped here and there but once I found this one!!! I have not been anywhere else!!

I go in the store pick up a 4.99 pack of hair get to the cashier/owner she tells me it’s 5.99 I’m telling her it’s 4.99 as I point to the price and tell her the ones on the wall is 4.99 she refuses to give me the price on the pack of hair I spend money every time I go plus that’s the only hair store I go to but everybody wanna scream support black business no thank you I’ll take my money some where else she lost a loyal customer over 1 dollars and remind you all her prices are high and I still pay she don’t care about black people only when you spending your money !!!!! I told her I won’t be back you don’t have to worry about me !!! She never on time opening her store 8:30 !!!she comes when she want !!!
