Told a stylist I wanted to lighten my chunky highlights and she ended up bleaching my whole head. Not only did she turn my hair green. When I expressed my feelings about the fact she gave me something I didn't ask for, she got upset at me enough to leave for 5-10 minutes to smoke. Before coming back and reluctantly adding brown back to my hair that was the wrong shade. Not only did all this happen but at the end we still had to pay around $200 dollars.
