Katy at The Beauty Loft & Co always out does herself! I walked in with absolutely damaged and discolored hair thanks to another hairdresser. I was desperate and I also missed my long here. I sat down in her chair, handed her the extensions and said idc what you do just make me look better than i do right now and the results are absolutely incredible! There is absolutely no words to describe the passion she has and the extent of her ability to make miracles happen. The salon is clean, very welcoming, and not to mention so homey! You walk in and you immediately see comfy seating, little snacks and the aroma throughout the salon smells amazing! All the employees engage with you, there is no awkward silence or moments! I drove over an hour to see this salon and it truly did not disappo
