I had an amazing experience at Body and Reflexology Center in Colchester. The place is spotless, peaceful, and has a very calming atmosphere the moment you walk in. The staff were welcoming, professional, and clearly experienced — they really knew how to work out the tension and tailor the session to what I needed. The massage and reflexology were both excellent — perfect pressure, relaxing but still effective. You can tell they genuinely care about helping you feel better, not just going through the motions. The prices are very reasonable for the quality of service you get, and they’re open every day, which makes it really convenient. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and balanced. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to friends and family.

My wife went in to have a massage. She was having a problem with sciatic nerve pain they were able to massage it and rub it out. When she left she could walk, and she felt great everyone there was very friendly and it was very easy to make an appointment. I would definitely recommend them.

A bit cliché I know, but as a “busy mom“ this place is amazing considering appointments are not required. The prices are very fair. The scalp massage was almost identical to the “head spa“ treatments that are offered elsewhere for over $200 a session. The facility is clean and the service is friendly.

I got a 60 minute foot massage and it was truly the most relaxing experience. I went in with a lot of back pain and left feeling so much better and very relaxed. I highly recommend this to anyone whether you need some pain relief or just relaxation. It was an amazing experience and a very reasonable price.
