The shorter dark haired woman at the front is so so sweet and kind! I think she is the manager or owner, not sure but she was definitely a highlight of my visit. She was genuinely concerned about making sure I got the outcome I needed and took my booking last minute. The space was clean and cute and easy to find. It seems most of the practitioners are European for those who care, it seemed some clients were even speaking to them in Russian in case having an authentic Russian experience is meaningful to you. I will say she could be slightly aggressive and I wouldn’t describe her as pleasant, but she was very professional and precise which I appreciated. I’ve been going to The Beauty for about 8 months now after a referral from a friend, and I have had an amazing experience every time! I see Katya for gel manicure and she does fantastic work every session. She is very helpful, knowledgeable, and has been wonderful at helping me choose styles and shapes for my nails, even when I’m indecisive. She really takes her time and ensures that each nail is perfect. She helped me build my nails from short, broken and chipped to the size and strength they are now. Katya is an excellent nail artist and I definitely recommend her and The Beauty!

I got the Lash Lift and Tint + Brow Shaping and Tint done by Hanna. My lashes are decently long but very straight and the tips were a bit translucent. It was my first time ever getting these services done and I’m very happy with the results. Since it was my first time I didn’t really know what I wanted so I told Hanna to do whatever she thought was best, and the only thing I’ll ask to be done differently when I see her next time is to have have my brows a smidge thinner and a more defined arch. But that’s just my personal preference which I wasn’t aware of without seeing this first :) it’s been a few days now and I haven’t even tried putting on mascara because I don’t feel the need to 🥰

I really dislike leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately my visit yesterday with the nail technician Katya was a very unpleasant experience. She was extremely rude, kept pulling my hands throughout the appointment. My cuticles are cut and damaged all over and they have been painful for more than 30 hours now, and it’s genuinely uncomfortable even to wash my hands. I regret that I didn’t take photos immediately after the appointment. However, even 1.5 days later, the cuts are still clearly visible. Additionally, without asking for my consent, she took photos of my hands. When I asked why, she said it was for a before/after comparison. Best manicure I’ve ever had by far!! Svetlana is great. So meticulous, never chips or peels, and lasts so long because they get it so close to the cuticle. Well worth the slightly higher price to have PERFECT nails for 5+ weeks!
