The Beard Room

I have worn a beard since 1976 (except for a four-year break when the Navy changed the rules about facial hair) and have never been truly satisfied with how it was shaped on my face. Though I tried, I never got the knack of trimming my own beard. I've been to plenty of barbers; some won't touch beards, some only touch up the frizzles, and a few only know how to destroy a beard! I made an appointment with Amber at The Beard Room to get a haircut and get my out-of-control beard looking good. My expectations were exceeded! I was warmly greeted when I arrived, and Amber addressed me by name. Of course, that makes a person feel very welcome, and then being offered a beverage extended that welcome feeling. Amber was just finishing up with a customer before me, but I was in her comfortable barber
