Not professional, Kilo didn't keep appointments as stated. Had 12pm appointment and waited 30 minutes. I could've took my business elsewhere that day and I have. You don't ever dismiss customers as if they're not the reason you may be prospering, you just may get humbled one day sir. My word is bond and you should learn that. Never will I wait around to give my loot to someone that think that it's OK to make a customer wait 30 minutes for a 12pm appointment and not show. You're part of a business act like it sir.

I recently received a retwist and style from Brittany and I’d say 10/10 highly recommend. The products she used made my scalp feel amazing and She was quick and thorough! The environment was friendly, very clean and comfortable. I will be back !
