Awesome haircut with great advice about hair, very clean and professional all around. Really great and interesting conversation throughout the haircut, which is one of the things that makes a good barber. I will definitely be seeing Frank again in the near future.

Frank is an amazing barber! He provides a traditional haircut and beard grooming that is truly second to none. His shop is clean and his work is impeccable. I can’t recommend him highly enough for someone looking for a haircut and beard trim.

I vacationed in Saranac Lake this past August and, after reading reviews about The Barbery, decided to book an appointment. Frank is a true professional. He took the time to solicit my preferences, offered his expert opinion on how to optimize for the results I desired, and proceeded to cut my hair in a meticulous manner--thinning out the sides to offset the thinner hair on top--explaining his thinking along the way, that resulted in the best-looking haircut I have ever had. I have tried in the past some highly-regarded barber shops in NYC, but none of their barbers ever matched Frank's skill. Thank you, Frank!

I have been looking for a place to get a good haircut in the High Peaks area for over a year, and I finally found my spot! The haircut I received from Frank was phenomenal! His attention to detail was great, he took his time and I ended up with the best cut I’ve had in years! The shop was very clean and nicely decorated, I will definitely be going back regularly. Man, this is by far the best barbershop in the north country. Frank gives high quality cuts, and each time proves that he earned his license. And hot towels, you’re not gonna find that within 200 miles from Saranac Lake. Each time I’ve gone I’ve been beyond satisfied with his work. He’s a real, fully licensed men’s barber, if you’re looking for the best haircut ever this is your guy.
