The Barbershop A Hair Salon for Men

Arrived at my scheduled appointment with the door locked and this sign on the door. I took time off of work and drove 30 minutes to get here. This is completely unacceptable @management. At least cancel my appointment and send me a notification about it. I've been coming here for years. Margie is awesome. This isn't on her.

As someone who went through enough bad haircuts in my life, this place is perfect. Ashley has been cutting my hair for almost two years now, and I refuse to go anywhere else. They know exactly what I’m looking for and I always leave satisfied. Great people, a warm comfortable environment, and professional.

Bennet was friendly and very accommodating of my 90 yr old Dad. He took his time and did a meticulous and thorough job. We enjoyed chatting with him and it didn’t feel forced. The space was nice and comfortable.

Booking: Simple and easy, booked same day for my first appointment. Quality: Great! Margie asked clarifying questions before starting to ensure we were both on the same page. If she needed to make a judgement call she asked me my preference. Environment: Great, small talk was pleasant but not forced and the general atmosphere was relaxed.

I was able to schedule two appointments, with two different staff members, consecutively, to have a haircut, straight razor shave, and waxing of eyebrows, ears, and my nose all completed in a single visit to the barbershop. I was able to schedule both of these appointments a week in advance using The Barbershop + The Guys' Place app. Highly recommended. I will definitely be back to the Barbershop (Madison, WI: west location) for my next haircut, straight razor shave, and waxing. Thanks again!
