Jess is one of the sweetest, kindest people I know. She offers amazing customer service. She goes OUT OF HER WAY to make sure customers are satisfied. She listens carefully, works methodically, and communicates well. Her prices are SO LOW! She should charge more, given her skill level. I've been getting my hair colored and styled with Jess for years. All of her customers remain loyal to her, because they think the world of her and want the best for their hair.

This is my first visit which I was skeptical but Jess made me feel comfortable. She knew right off how my color would look and even made sure to get my opinion etc every step of the way.. Jess has been cutting my hair for some time and does a GREAT job! Very convenient location. The best part is you get the service and expertise of an expensive salon with the pricing of one of the chain hair salons. She’s very personable and truly cares. I can’t recommend her enough.

Jess has been cutting my hair for a long time now. She makes you feel very comfortable, is incredibly friendly and remembers not only the main cut you get but also any subtle changes you may have made last time. Highly recommend.

I tried many, many different hair stylists before finding Jess a few years ago and she's the only person I've found that can get my hair looking good right away and have it stay looking good for 3+ weeks. Highly recommend at her new spot! The space is super clean and nice!
