The Barber Life

A very bad person. I called him and told him, “Can I come to you without an appointment?” He told me, “Yes, you can.” When I came, he made me wait an hour. Then I told him how long you wanted me to wait. He shouted at me and then he kicked me out of his shop. They really don't care about your time and they don't have customer service.. He fires his customer! I came to him from a far place at a time when it was snowing. If there was less than one star I would do it

Luis was incredibly professional and courteous. When I called to book my appointment he was driving and he pulled over to get me booked- that's dedication. The service was fast, my haircut came out great and Luis was a joy to communicate with. Part of me wants to keep this clean, professional and experienced barbershop a secret because quality barbers are hard to come by but I believe Luis and the guys at Barber Life deserve to be recognized as the best in New Britain.

They are great giving a haircut. But, to get an appointment is like getting an appointment with the President! Walk-ins, not happening ! They go find something to do until their appointment comes in. Unless you are a mom trying to get your son a haircut. Some how everyone is available. Oh, and if you 1 minute late . Forget it about . They try to embarrass you by shouting you out that you 1 min late. Gave this dude $60 for fade for an 11 yr old.. Last time I came which he had someone ahead of me on my appointment time. Its ok for him to not be on time for my appointment but if i come 5 min late they get nasty. Only way to get an appointment I have to get my wife to call. Can wait to see his face when I give him a $1 tip. 9 months later! You must be new! Cause the real owner fb m

I’ve been attended to twice in this establishment and both times as a walk-in asking for a miracle after bad haircuts from hairdresser that claim to know how to cut short women hair using clippers and attempting to give sassy choppy stylish pixies! Well, both times the owner has not hesitated to attempt to fix someone else’s mistakes. With confidence, professionalism, expertise, and creativity he has managed to save me by giving me the look I was originally going for but better than I could have imaged! Thanks Cheo.
