So I just came from Lucky Nails in New Britain and I feel lucky to have found this little gem. My daughter decided to treat me to a full set and some eyebrows, and we had a little girls day of it and they made us feel very welcome and it was comfortable. The vibe was very chill. The place was so clean and well organized. They had cozy chairs for you to sit in while you wait for your turn and as soon as I came in, they let me start picking a color. It’s like they knew that I’m very indecisive and I needed extra time. I love it. Everybody was so nice and catered to our request with no problems. Im so bad at remembering names and I’m sorry for that but thank you to the nice lady at chair #4 and the sweet girl at chair #6 you both took great care of me and my daughter. Never disappointed! Service is always 100%. My nail tech is Mai and she’s always attentive to detail and you can tell she loves doing nails and making her customers happy! I would highly recommend. A little tip for personalized service schedule an appointment it can get very busy but the do their best to accommodate walk-ins.

DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY HERE!!! I went there to get a dip, the girl who was assigned to do it, her name was “Tin”, a middle-aged lady with short hair and glasses. She was extremely unprofessional and rude from the beginning. She didn’t wait long enough for the acetone to remove the previous dips; 2 minutes after she started, she harshly removed them with a coarse bur, which damaged my real nail. She was removing a thin layer of nail polish as if it’s a thick acrylic nail. Using the bur on my natural nails and thinning them. When I told her that it was hurting and causing pain, she brought a bowl full of acetone and put my nails in it, WHICH IS EXTREMELY TOXIC!!! She left me and started working for another customer.
