My daughter teaches esthetics at The Art of Skin Esthetic Academy, and I truly believe she found a hidden gem. When she was looking into schools for her own training over a decade ago, we toured quite a few together, so I know what’s out there. This school stands out for its hands-on learning, small class sizes, and supportive environment. The instructors (my daughter included!) are genuinely invested in their students, and the school offers real-world experience through services like student facials. I recently made in impromptu visit to this school while I was in Grove City to inquire about getting my Master license for an additional 150 hours and wanted some information on it. Last year I did a tour with The Spa School as well as Mason Anthony and I ultimately chose MA. The Art of Skin in Grove City really seems to have it together. You could tell that the teacher Ms. Gabriela truly cares about her students. I had a moment to chat with the current students and they shared positive feedback about their experience. I recently went to The Art of Skin Esthetics Academy to get a facial for my birthday. I booked with Jordan Miller to get this service. It was absolutely amazing! Hands down a great experience to treat yourself and relax! Not to mention having a confidence boost walking out of the appointment! My skin was glowing and very hydrated afterwards! Jordan was an amazing esthetician! She was very personable and bubbly which made it easy to feel comfortable. She guided me through each step and explained how that would benefit my skin. It was easy to switch from having good conversation to sitting in a relaxing silence. My favorite part was the cooling globes at the end, it felt phenomenal.
