I received a call from new management and I can say by just that call the new owners/management really are focusing on customer service and care for their clients. I appreciate the thoughtfulness and time they take to make sure everyone is satisfied. I am going in for a massage and have had nothing but the best customer service experience. Accommodating, flexible schedules and as a mom of three I appreciate that. I also love that they updated their services since last being there and offer so much! Highly recommend their services and continued focus on great customer service!

A special shout-out to Laura who’s AMAZING and has been my go-to for over 2 years now. Having a monthly massage session to help me reset, recharge and relax has done wonders for the stress and tension I hold as a business owner and father of young kids. Can’t recommend her enough along with the whole staff here are friendly, welcoming and helpful.

I enjoy my monthly massages with Megan! She is friendly and makes me feel at home. She is attentive to any problem areas that need extra attention and has strong hands to release tight muscles. The front desk has always been friendly as well.

Megan has been my massage therapist for over 10 years. Magic hands!!! I'm a Dental Hygienist, and always a knotted mess when I arrive. Megan gives a thorough, deep tissue massage and is amazing at reading my body to know where her focus needs to be. I always leave feeling relaxed! 10 out of 10 recommend!

I recently visited Massage Envy in Grove City for a massage. My massage therapist Megan was very attentive to all my needs. She is a wonderful, caring person and a excellent masseuse. The staff were very polite and professional as always. I would recommend this location to anyone.
