My fiancée Amy and I had a wonderful couples experience at The Art of Massage and Yoga Therapy. Kendra did our facials and was fantastic- calming, attentive, and made the experience feel very personalized for both of us. Brian did our massages and was excellent, really listening to what each of us needed and creating a deeply relaxing experience. The space is peaceful and welcoming, and everything flowed smoothly from start to finish. It felt like real quality time together. Highly recommend for couples- we’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town! 💆💆‍♀️🙏❤️

What a total gem of an experience! I booked both a facial and a massage. Kendra did my facial, and she is fabulous. Very firm and knowledgeable, and hit exactly the right pressure on my face to relax those muscles that I tend to hold so tightly. I felt moisturized and looked much younger afterwards because those muscles weren't so clenched up! Then, on to Gabby, who seemed to read my mind and know exactly what I meant when I said "medium to light pressure". She was able to really get to those places in the shoulders, neck, and back that needed releasing. I don't even remember everything she did because I was so relaxed, but I left there with my skin feeling great from the products she used and my muscles calmer than they've been in months. I think my family appreciated mom coming back smil

I am having a great experience in this beginner yoga class at The Art of massage and Yoga. April is welcoming, patient, and explains each pose clearly, which made it easy to follow along even as a complete beginner. The pace was comfortable, the environment felt supportive, and I never felt intimidated or rushed. I left the class feeling relaxed, confident, and excited to come back. Highly recommend for anyone new to yoga!
