The Arches Threading and Waxing @ Arbor Place Mall

This place does a pretty good job but I was being charged a credit card fee for using my credit card so I used my debit card on my next visit and I still was charged this same fee, which is illegal. I pointed that out on my last visit and they told me it was out of their hands and they would have to contact the owner. I will be contacting my bank and reporting this.

I usually have a good experience here but that was not the case this time. I went on October 30,2025. There was a person 1 person working but she had never done my brows. I was like okay well I’m just getting clean up so there shouldn’t be any issues. I told her “I’m here for a clean up. Not shaping or restyling anything like that. Just a clean up.” She said ok. I could literally see the hair that needed to be removed so I know she did too. I sit in the chair and she has me hold my eyebrow. As she’s doing it I’m like dang this kinda hurts. I know it’s been a few weeks but it’s just a clean up. Also the thread keeps breaking so I’m like my new hairs can’t be that thick. Then she gets to the other side and it hurts more. I’m like dang. Not satisfied with my browns , she went too far into my skin its cuts every where. I asked to clean up and leave them thick and she took too much off. When I explained they said there was nothing we could do and let them grow back. I’m still upset. Especially with a wedding tomorrow. Very inconsiderate and do not listen to the needs of the customer. Had to fill my eyebrows when I got home

I have never had my brows done, and the brows needed love for a wedding this weekend.Went to the mall to arches and walked right in and Soniya knew what to do! I am very happy with my results and in love with my brows! Now I don’t need to over color them when I do my makeup! Woohoo!!!! Then afterwards I’m grabbing food at the court! Super convenient! Definitely coming back here again to do the henna for eyebrow and threading for future!

I’ve tried other places but for the past 5+ years I’ve only gone to Pareen! She listens to her clients, does amazing work for a great price, and will have you in and out in no time. I have sensitive skin which makes getting my eyebrows done difficult at other places but I never leave with irritation when I go here. There’s no one I would trust more and would recommend her to anyone!
