Horrible! You will need another haircut for sure. I've been here twice and tried 2 diffrent people, you won't get what you want, they just want to finish quickly in less than 15 minutes and ask you for $30. A total rip-off. Not to be cheap , i pay $40-60 else-where but i get the haircut i want.

Customer Service: 1/5 not friendly and unwelcoming vibes. Owner looked like he was bother that I gave him my business. Hair cut: 0/5. For an established hair salon, owner gave a sloppy haircut with no attempt to style the hair at all. I asked for an even shoulder length blunt cut, and what I received was an uneven line with strands hair flying out of place. He didn’t show me what’s the end result looked like possibly because hair looked flat and unflattering.whole process took 10 mins, felt rushed , charged 40 bucks. I gave him 25% tip but I won’t be back and will not recommend this establishment to anyone.

I went there for a quick hair trim since I live nearby and it was terrible. I started by saying I just want a 1-inch trim and that’s it, but I lost at least 5-6 inches of my hair which I’ve been trying to grow out for a year, just like that. She asked if I wanted a layer and I said no, but she said ok a little bit and proceeded to layer my hair and front of my hair lost more about 10 inches or so. During this process, I kept saying no that’s too short and I don’t want it short, but she kept saying just a little bit and doing what she was doing. Also, she was so aggressive with my hair that she ripped out one of my earrings in the process and almost lost it. I was in pain the whole time as she kept pulling my hair. Absolutely abysmal. The guy that cut my hair had so much to work with yet somehow missed the mark so hard. I had beautiful long hair and requested a trim in the style of the second photo. Go to Kieus in randolph, or Sky Salon. Anywhere but here!

Thanh is an amazing hairstylist! Prices are rather cheap for a beautiful new look in the end! If you’re looking for a go-to salon, go here!!! Very good place despite not being too fancy. My mother’s been a customer here for 10+ years, and throughout these long years, the outcome has always been beautiful! My mom’s hair has been dried and weirdly cut for a while, and gave Thanh a reference photo, he can replicate anything! I live an hour away from here, but I’ll go out of my way to come to Thanh’s salon because I can trust in his ability. I recommend this place 100%!
