Awesome place. I got recommended by a friend who goes constantly, but I live in Texas. I contacted the seller, she was super nice and was able to ship me the product I needed! I’ve had it for some months and it’s great!! Great prices too!! Would shop there again!!

Horrible service, over charged me for a product. Charged me $10.00 for a gel matte top coat that they had on their website for $7.00. Took advantage that I didn’t check beforehand but it was fishy for a low quality brand to be so expensive for a top coat when brands like DnD and OPI don’t even cost that much. Besides this there customer service is absolutely horrible. It’s a shame that they lost a customer for good. Do not recommend this place at all please take your business elsewhere.

Messy, unorganized, they don't let you any o.p.i product to see the color (they dont have any displays to see the color), the ambiance is scary and intimidating, did not feel welcomed. So messy that you can't even walk or look at products. The cashier was very helpful and prices are good but its a place that I would go once a year.

If I could put 0 stars, I would. The Asian lady that seems like she’s the boss of the store was incredibly rude when I was asking for stuff. I’m not even surprised this store has a lot of bad reviews. She kept rolling her eyes at me when I was asking certain questions since I didn’t know but I was buying for what my school was needing. She kept giving me the opposite of what I was asking for since she was such in a hurry in closing. On top of that everything was over priced. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Would never recommend this store for my nail tech classmates.

The manager and/or owner, was unprofessional and disrespectful to me. I visited this place today. I arrived 10 minutes before closing. I understand they are desperate to close the store and leave. Thats why I knew exactly what to buy and I had 10 minutes to do that. Once I entered the store, the manager approached me without saying “Hi or Good afternoon “ and told me that she was closing the store at 6:00pm and I had to leave (in a rude manner) She was so lucky because I needed these products and I ended up buying them but TODAY is the last day I visited this store. You should maybe read a book that increases your knowledge on how to treat customers.
