Texture Salon

I'm surprised how unprofessional this salon is given the reviews. It took two weeks of trying to book an appointment for someone to even be bothered with calling me back (it appears to be a salon with no support staff). I was told I couldn't book an appointment at all even into 2026 which suggests to me this salon is probably going under which is why they won't take future appointments. Sadly I really wanted to try this salon which is why I allowed them to waste so much of my time with unreturned calls and the possibility of being on a wait list which in hindsight I don't think is even real, I suspect the stylist took down all my information as a possible client for whatever salon she lands at. My search for a salon continues.

Texture Salon is awesome! Everyone is so friendly and the environment is relaxing and fun. Chelsea has been doing my hair for 5+ years and she is amazing! I always love my highlights and cuts. She works hard to make sure you are absolutely satisfied with your hair every time. It’s by far the best salon I’ve been to!

Mark has been cutting and coloring my hair for the last twelve years! I went from pixie cut to very long hair and every length between back to a pixie cut. I wouldn't have anyone else touch my hair.

I have been getting my hair cut at Texture Salon for a few months now, and I’m very impressed! The customer service is much like a chick-fil-a experience every visit! Also Mark is a great guy to communicate with and is very detailed and understands your needs then makes sure to get the style you want! If your a little worried about paying a bit more don’t be because a great hair style can go a long way! 10/10!

We are in town for only a month and i needed my hair cut and colored. I have thick curly hair so I dont just go anywhere.....I did some looking around online and saw some of the reviews here so thought I would give them a try. Chelsea cut, colored and styled my hair and it turned out wonderful, I am so pleased. My daughter who lives in the area told me it is one of the best cuts I have ever had and my husband agreed. Just wanted to say how happy I am and thank you again!
