In my opinion it’s disgusting that one of the employees is wearing tight leggings with exposing their body in a promiscuous provocative manner. Men,women and children of all ages should not have to suffer from seeing such things that are unacceptable for a nail salon. She should wear that at home not in public . The music sucks . They play music nobody can understand except the Asian culture. If the music is supposed to be relaxing for customers then they should play more relatable music than the music they are playing. It’s annoying. I can’t relate. I would rather hear white noise or water sounds like an actual spa music that would put customers in a better mood than what the music they are playing.

Update as of 4:45pm 11/26: just called the salon to see if something could be worked out and I would remove my review because I wanted to give them a chance. They told me because it was past 3 days there was nothing they can do and that even if the policy was 7 days which I read somewhere in the reviews, it would be too late after returning from my vacation which is actually my HONEYMOON. There was no compassion whatsoever and I am disappointed in their response. 0 stars!! Came here for my birthday and vacation nails on 11/21. Today is 11/26 and my acrylic on my toenail has already come off. The girl who did my fullset was very sweet but this is not quality work. I had to leave to pack for my vacation the next day so I didn’t have time to have her fix them but I don’t think it’s right to

I went to Texas Nail Spa today and got the best birthday nails from Ny. She was super patient customer service was above and beyond. I love my nails. I told her what I wanted and she delivered. I’ve been going here for moths but this was by far the best experience ever. Thank you Ny I love my nails so much. My birthday will be everything with these nails!!! See you soon ☺️

My appointment felt rushed, I sat down with sue and we looked through options and we agreed to a price but whenever I had to pay they charged me $10 extra. Shaping of the nails was off, air bubbles, lint, Gel all uneven and everything. + Rhinestones fell n paint chipped in 2-3 DAYS!! I was thinking going back so they fixed it or I could get a refund but when looking at reviews they wouldn’t had accepted me due to it being after the third day. Honestly wouldn’t recommend.

I've gotten my nails done here twice and both times I have been incredibly happy with the result. I really recommend mr. Henry as he was an absolute delight and paid attention to very small details that many other artists wouldn't have seen. From the front counter to receiving your care is very speedy as they have great service. They are a bit pricey, but so so worth it. Many places are charging the same while not doing half as well of a job, I got my nails done plain black and that acrylic set was $55 which isn't bad at all, the first time I had went, I went with inspiration (that pic off Google) and I was NOT disappointed.
