I booked a blonde color and a light trim with Zanna. The appointment took approximately five hours, with an additional two hours spent on attempted corrections. My bangs were not trimmed as discussed, and the trim on my ends was shorter than requested. The blonde color also did not turn out as expected; my roots were under-processed, which was not noticeable until I styled my hair the way I normally wear it. The salon owner, Logan, was present during the appointment. A $20 adjustment was applied, but the issues were not fully resolved at that time. I later had to contact the salon myself and book a separate appointment with Logan to have the color corrected. I’ve been seeing Logan for almost a decade and he’s so professional. He does an amazing job especially with vivids. I’ve also had the pleasure of having Abby do my 11 year olds hair. She did bright colors and it looks so cute!!!
