Cut Loose

My name is Trenton, I met a very nice lady who had cut my hair! She was super nice along with everyone including the boss! I had an amazing overall experience with the staff and the service was outstanding! Got a great haircut for my CV-TEC Graduation! Definitely recommend coming here for a nice and comforting haircut! I brought my 11 and 7 year old daughters for a haircut. The appointment which was made 4 or 5 days prior was for 3pm, which was the earliest appointment available. We walked in, a lady asked us how she could help. I stated we were 5 minutes early for our 3 o'clock appointment. She advised us to take a seat, and that (Jenni??) would be right with us. For the next 40 minutes I watched 4 adults come in, receive haircuts and leave. A mother brought her two children in, and they received haircuts right away. No acknowledgement from ANY staff that we were just sitting there. After 40 minutes we stood up and slowly made our way to the door. Still nothing. I MIGHT understand if we were a walk-in, but we weren't. We were returning customers with an appointment. We got in the car and left. What an a

An adorable family owned and oriented salon. Was coming into town and called day before for a blow out with curls and they were nice enough to squeeze me in their already busy schedule. Fairly priced and great service. Highly recommend to anyone in the area and if or when I come back to Plattsburgh I will definitely visit again!

It was an ok experience. Besides my appointment wasn't in their schedule, and the stylist didn't want to cut my hair the way I requested. Nice staff, but communication was lacking. Very expensive.
