Terrific Nails

Been in there to get my toes done and it’s always a mediocre experience but I say hey let me be the bigger person and give this place another shot went to go get my nails done. The main lady couldn’t take criticism the one that does my toes all the time now had a nasty attitude and said don’t come back if you don’t like it Because she was making the nails crooked and I had to tell her several times to place them on evenly. Also miss spots of acrylic leaving gaps. She said she was going to refuse my service and that I could leave with the nails I had on embarrassing ends for her to act that way Terrific nails more like terrible nails I went to a much nicer place just two minutes away. WORST SALON IN SCV!!!!!!! If I could give this salon zero stars I would. I went in to get a fill spent $55 took 20 min; I had one broken nail. Instead of soaking off the half broken nail the owner just glued a nail on top of it leaving it to be really clumpy and fat. After two days of this fill multiple nails broke and polish was chipped on almost every nail. I went back and requested to get a refund and the lady/ owner who did my nails said they have a no refund policy. I then asked to see where this policy was posted and she couldn’t provide me with the proof of the policy. She was very rude and proceeded to tell me that all nail salons are all the same. Not once have I ever encountered such a horrible salon/business. ANY SALON IS BETTER THAN THIS ONE!!! HORRIBLE WORK!!

Honestly, I don't think I'm ever going to go to another salon. I was so blown away at the beautiful work Ann did. The nails are a little fatter, and not so thin. She soaked my older nails off instead of pulling them off (which I hate). She listened to everything I wanted, and was just a wonderfully pleasant woman. If you need a new nail salon, come here. I cannot say enough good things about them.

To start off, I called a couple weeks back to make an appointment. I had scheduled for 8/24 at 5:30. I have a habit of calling a couple days before to confirm, I spoke with them and they didn’t have me on their scheduler but she was nice enough to add me. Anyways, day of appointment I go in, I am requesting a gel french pedi and the lady even confirmed. I noticed she didn’t remove the cuticles and she did the pedicure with regular polish when I had asked for gel, the lines were so thick I had asked her to thin them out but didn’t do so. I still paid $40 (with tip) for something I could’ve done at home.

Fantastic service! Went last Saturday in the afternoon and we were helped almost immediately despite not having an appointment. Ann and Benjamin did the best job on my manicure and pedicure and were both very gentle. Everyone is super welcoming and has a great attitude. I’m so happy I came here and am so excited to go back! Thank you!!
