Ted & Company Salon

I loved my experience here with Jenna and Mila. Jenna did my cut and color and she really did a phenomenal job. She’s clearly very knowledgeable and takes a lot of pride in her work. She listened to my needs and was very gentle, professional, and pleasant. Mila gave me a neat, careful Russian manicure and was also really great!

I had a very poor experience at this salon. Victor/Vincent did my perm and used excessive bleach, which left my scalp red and irritated and caused significant hair loss that lasted for months. After a year I decided to give this place another chance and had Christine cut my bangs, but the experience was equally disappointing. She was extremely rough while cutting, pulling and ripping my hair. After I paid and tipped, I noticed my bangs were not layered properly. When I asked for it to be fixed, she seemed annoyed, told me to stand up, and simply cut off the pieces sticking out instead of properly blending or layering them. Overall, the service was careless and unprofessional. I do not recommend this place

This had been my second haircut with Ted& Company and, let me tell you, I have never had as many compliments on a haircut before now! I went to Marina yesterday and had her absolutely change my life. My hair was heavy with a sensitive scalp and I genuinely needed something to change and I can not thank Marina enough! My hair feels three pounds lighter, she layered it beautifully and I feel like a million bucks right now. I don’t think I could go to any other salon at this point.

This is my 3rd haircut at Ted & Company & everyone is superb. The girls at the front desk are very nice, the woman who washed my hair was friendly & very skilled. We were discussing shampoo/ lathering, and she gave me great info. Jaime is so easy to talk to, answers all my questions, works with my requests, offers alternatives if she doesn’t think that what I am asking for will work for me because she knows how my hair is & what kind of upkeep I want. I appreciate how she is so diligent and won’t finish until everything is perfect. Even meeting, Ted was a nice experience. From previous experiences at other salons, the owners are not as down to earth. I’m really happy that I found Jaime and Ted & Company salon and look forward to my next appointment!

Stylist- Kaitlyn. Have been getting my hair done by Kaitlyn and can truly say my hair has never been longer or healthier thanks to her. As someone with a condition (pcos) that causes a ton of hair loss - I have never been able to grow my hair consistently until I started going to Kaitlyn. Her price list is extremely competitive and fair, and she won’t do services that would damage your hair just to charge more . She recommends what you need and will tell you the least damaging route to take to get you where ya wanna be. Kaitlyn (and the salon as a whole) use all natural products and she makes sure to not over process. One thing I notice specifically is that she takes her time when styling/blow drying to make sure there’s not a lot of scalp tension/pull which also significantly decreases
