TD Nails 2

Henry is rude. The other guy with color hair is rude. How do you tell someone “No” when they want to do their nails with you and say “you’re not my customer” but whole time I AM A CUSTOMER PERIOD’! I’ve called on 3 occasions asking if they take appts and they say NO. I got there on Friday last week and they said I have someone after the person they’re working on. But how? If Multiple times I’ve been told it’s 1st come 1st serve basis! So unprofessional. The guy with the colored hair said “you can’t sit in my chair” & busted a whole nasty attitude! All the supplies they use to scrub your feet are not new & the salon is looking down bad. They don’t take care of their establishment.

Whatever you do don't let Henry touch your nails ,he's rude ,not only my nails are not the same length ,he painted them horribly,and I had acrylic on my big toes from previous place and he went to put more on top without removing the one I had , and also they were not the same length I told him he told me he knows what he's doing , don't tell him what to do ,and gave me attitude,and said something in his language,I'm pretty sure he cussed me out in his language,I've been disappointed before a nail shops and never wrote a review but this one I just had too he did a horrible job

I took my daughter to get a refill. They told me to write her name, our phone so they could call us when it was her turn, and what service she wanted. I wrote her name and refill. When it was our turn she called and said is your daughter still doing the refill? I said yes a refill please. My daughter goes in and I just decided to go in and make sure they understand what to do and to prepay. Get in there this woman cut off my daughters nails completely and is sticking nails on to do a full set. She still had the nerve to try to check me and told me my daughter wants a fullset. I said what did you ask for? My daughter said a refill and is in tears. Other customers looking at me saying yes. So I then said I'm the mom I said refill I wrote refill and I told you refill on the phone! The problem

I will NEVER return again! I normally go to Cindy but she’s off on Sundays. I brought my daughters and I to get our nails and feet done. They had me wait for two hours as they serviced my daughters just for the two males in the two front desk to later tell me they are booked and busy and can’t serve me. It took the pedi lady who don’t usually do nails to help me. I appreciate her luckily I was doing short French so she was able to do it if not I would NOT have been service. Sorry to loose Cindy as a nail tech but they will never see me again

Rude! Dirtiest salon I've ever been too. I've had my nails done by Cindy and Henry (rude ssa) and both times less than a week later it looked like I needed a fill-in. The older lady with the glasses did a great job with my pedicures and she's sweet but I will not be returning.
