Tammy and Win always take such great care of me here. Great job on my acrylic nails and wonderful pedicure! They are thorough & detail oriented, you won’t be disappointed here.

Very disappointed in the lack of consideration and effort the nail techs @ Taylor Nails & Tan had today. I took my client in for a manicure w/ French Tips no Gel. She is handicapped w/ left side paralysis and as soon as the techs saw her hand they immediately jumped to say they could not paint her nails on her paralyzed hand with regular polish & would have to use Gel polish. My client did not want that. I explained how she had it done over a month ago at another salon w/ no issues. They continued to be rude about it. I just felt horrible for my client for her to be told it couldn’t be done when she knows it can, for them to embarrass her like that was unprofessional & wrong on multiple levels. Very sad on your part Taylor Nails & Tan. Have some compassion & respect for the disabled.

I got a manicure and pedicure here today. I called to see if they had time for me. They asked me to come in 15 minutes. They were ready for me when I arrived. The pedicure was amazing, honestly the best I ever had. . she took her time and gave a very long and relaxing massage. They didn't add oils to the lotion which I was super glad about. I really dislike when places do that. I was the last customer of the day and they did not seem rushed to get me out of therem I was very pleasedd with the experience!

Young woman who did my granddaughters feet did an excellent job! The gentleman who did mine appeared to be in a rush. He had to be asked twice to smooth out my feet. Nail polish coats was two but was so light it did not match. Had to ask for a third coat. Better but needed one more, he refused. During our time, a gentleman came in for toenail trim and the gentleman working on me went and looked at the customers nails and told him not, too thick and he had a hang nail. The young woman who helped my granddaughter, went to the customer and had him soak his feet and took care of him and his hang nail. She also gave him prevention advice. She was worth going back. Use her instead.

First of all during my visit, she was grinding on me so hard I was bleeding and literally hurting in my chair. The next day I wake up to and in the night with pain in my nail. Now my it’s 3. I have been getting my nails done since I was 15. This has never happened. It hurts so bad that it’s waking me up in my sleep..
