The Salon was not clean! First, I was sat in a chair that was still covered in someone else's hair. Later, the stylist used a brush on me that had a lot of other people's hair caked in it. Looking around I didn't see any cleaning solutions being used for the shears or combs which is pretty standard process. Overall the place was very unsanitary. The floor was covered in hair and there was a pile of used towels in the main salon area. I'm sad to post this review because the stylist (Jen) is very talented and the prices are reasonable. But I want people to have an honest review of my experience so that they can make an informed decision before booking here. I hope they do something to improve this in the future.

Ellla is fantastic! I have short hair and she did a very cute pixie cut and color! I love it! She definitely knows how to cut hair and make you feel good!!! Go see her you will not be disappointed!!

I had the absolute BEST experience with Jennifer. She is so kind and considerate. I had a little hiccup during my appointment because of myself and she assured me that everything was A OK! My hair is absolutely perfect and I am so happy with the results! I cannot wait to be back in her chair in February for my maintenance.

I was at an event and happened to see a gorgeous woman with the coolest hair style. It was full of volume, personality, and edge. I had to stop to pay her a compliment and ask who her stylist was. She raved about Jennifer. Five years later, I'm still seeing Jen to this day. It's rare that you can find a stylist who gets your vibe and helps you develop the image you'd like to project to the world. I'm with Jen for the long haul. She's masterful in her craft and versatile with various styles. She is patient, attentive, and meticulous. If you're nervous about a new style, she'll offer recommendations and help ease you into it - very encouraging and supportive. Jen is the perfect balance. I'm located in Austin. I absolutely adore Illy - ileiana at Muse in Taylor, she cuts my curly thick hair and does bleach retouches beautifully, I wouldn’t want anyone else to touch my hair! The salon is super cute with a super cute doggie also!
