My 90-year-old mom and I always look forward to our haircuts with our stylist, Natalie. She is a vibrant, friendly, and sweet lady. Constantly engaging and knows how to make you look good! We love our haircuts!

I was over charged and then lied to about it. It was only $10 so not really a big deal but they wouldn't admit it was their fault and kept making up excuses and then flat out lied. I was a new client just looking for a hair cut. I emailed asking about availability and was told I could get in with Natalie, a level 3 stylist, the next day and it would be $41. I was happy to get in that quickly and also with the price. I went yesterday and had my haircut, not blown dry, just a cut. When I checked out I was told it was $51, I asked why since I was told $41 when I made the appointment. Natalie was standing there and said it's because "I'm a level 3 stylist, that price is for level 2". I paid it because I wanted to verify the info from our emails. Matt is fabulous! He gives an awesome haircut and really listens to what you want and explains what he is going to do to achieve that. As an added bonus he is really personable which makes the experience even more pleasant and fun! I highly recommend him if you want a great haircut!

I just had my first appointment at Taylor Brooks and I’m obsessed! Brittany is the best stylist ever. I had damaged hair from box dye and she brought my hair back to life and now it looks healthy and natural!! I’m going to be going to this salon for many years to come ☺️

With the new year men’s haircut price increased 40% with no prior notice. Love the stylist but just need to decide if it’s worth the new price.
