Pretty Glow Brazilian Wax & Sugaring

For the first time ever, I decided to get a Brazilian wax, and as a plus-size woman, I was very nervous. There’s a real stigma that can make situations like this intimidating, but Catherine immediately put me at ease. She walked me through every step, explained what to expect, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Catherine was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Her professionalism, kindness, and reassurance made what I expected to be a stressful experience completely manageable—and honestly, empowering. Every staff member I encountered was friendly and welcoming, and the space was extremely clean and well maintained. I couldn’t have asked for a better first experience. Truly a 5/5 all around, and I would recommend them without hesitation.

I came to pretty glow for a Brazilian sugar wax. My first time in I was not impressed with the service however, the owners of the company reached out and were so empathetic and caring that she convinced me to come back for another service with Frances. I am so glad I did the results and experience was everything I wanted and more, I am so happy with just how amazing everyone is from the check in staff to the techs and especially the owners. They really care about their customers! Highly recommend Frances she is phenomenal!

Service was amazing, everything was fast and easy. The inside is very clean and neat, not to say that the staff is very kind. Smile is an amazing esthetician and she knows how to do her job very well. She was very kind and gentle and really easy to talk to. Highly recommend this place. Great experience!
