Tawaste

I love Tawaste! All of Alaina’s classes are inspiring and up lifting. I get a great workout and leave mentally recharged. I never imagined workouts could be so much fun. And I high recommend the mobile sauna. A weekend rental is great way to relax and refresh.

We rented the mobile sauna and had a fantastic experience! Alaina was so friendly and easy to work with. She and her partner even backed it into our narrow, winding driveway so it was located in a great position for us to use. The sauna came with plenty of wood, so we were able to keep it going day and evening without running out, and it was so easy to use and start up. Four of us could fit in there very comfortably, but I think six might be a little too much. If you're looking for a fun, healthy way to relax, I can't recommend this enough. We will definitely be renting this again.

Thoroughly have enjoyed the yoga and other events that Tawaste has brought to our area. Such a great community and the space welcomes instructors of all kinds and provides a variety of classes for everyBODY. Love it!

Both my husband and I enjoy Tawaste, especially chair yoga and Yin yoga practices. We enjoy Alaina’s knowledge and energy. She makes every session fun and rewarding. Yoga is about stretching and connecting breath with movement. If don’t know anything about yoga, stop in one day and ask. You’ll be glad you did!!

Absolutely love Tawaste!! I was super nervous about trying yoga but Alaina was so patient and encouraging. I thoroughly enjoy classes and plan to add more to my week. I highly recommend getting out and experiencing the calm and love at Tawaste!
