WORST experience I have ever had at a hair salon! Showed my inspo pic and got not even close in return. Pictures speak for themselves. Walked into the salon all excited to leaving the salon completely stressed. Laurie was very rude my whole appointment from the second I got there to being very harsh on my head (left with a headache). When I called to see what she could do she simply told me “I don’t have time to fix it” , gave me most of the money back and had to bite the cost of the product and still had to figure out how to fix it. Worst customer service ever. DO NOT GO HERE.
The lady (lori) who cut my wife's hair was nice will be back
Truly gifted beautician. I drive 40 miles (one way) to get my hair done here. Great job!
Lorie was great showed her what i wanted and she did a amazing job. Walked out of there looking like a new person shes very friendly and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her thanks so much
