If there was the ability to not select any stars that would be the rating! Unfortunately professionalism is not a part of the service. Knot less braids were requested and within 48 hours they are coming out. The initial outreach was to ask for a redo in the areas of concern. Unfortunately the response was demeaning and irrational. It takes two to argue with ignorance but only one to recognize the ignorance isn’t worth the time and effort! Please do not waste your time! There are others that understand the value of customer service and professional courtesy!! THE RESPONSE- for clarity, the install was 48 hours young when the braids came out NOT TWO WEEKS. My first time to Tasha’s Hair Braiding and I am pleased with the outcome of my hair. Tasha was respectful, kept her word on pricing and made me feel comfortable/welcome.

I had an appointment today for the first time and I must say I LOVE my hair and I WILL be going back!!! I got the stitche braids in a ponytail

lol just leaving this here to make it known that this lady is not only unprofessional but a liar as well. Second of all it’s only been a week and 4 braids have already slipped out. And to add insult to injury the side braids WERENT EVEN KNOTLESS they were BOX BRAIDS when I looked close and noticed…and they still slipped right on out! I’ve had braids before with my hair shorter than how I came to you with 0 issues. And then finally instead of you being professional about the situation which all I asked for was 4 BRIADS REDONE u told me “it’s not my fault you cut your hair” when u don’t know anything about me or why my hair might be the way it is.
