Lauren is the greatest! She always takes time to discuss any particular issues & then really addresses them during the massage. Today she really drilled down on shoulders, & circled back at the end to be sure she was satisfied with their mobility, but was also really careful & gentle with a recovering foot. It’s always a happy day when I have a massage scheduled. I leave without the knots & aches tightness & with more ease & mobility.
