Tao's - Back Bay

I really love this small but very convenient and adorable shop! They offer a variety of options for makeup products, skincare and fun little snacks ! I have always visited here for awhile since I’ve like to visit this area in Boston- I would definitely recommend it for anyone who is interested in makeup and skincare! + It’s a fun shop to just peruse!

This place is super clean, vibrant, and colorful. I loved the vibes! I bought some really nice headbands for my hair and some small gifts (great for stocking stuffers)! The staff were friendly and the music in the store fit the aesthetics. I also love the different type of candies 🍭

I was excited to bring my daughter to this store. This is our first time in Boston during Thanksgiving. We were happy to see the store open in Thanksgiving day. The sales associates on Newbury are so friendly until we came into this store. No one said anything us, when we entered , our time in the store and when we left. We were there for awhile but ZERO customer services. However, they do have a lot of products. So if you don’t need help and want to look at products, definitely come here. Not sure if they were not friendly because we were not Asian. Tao, please train your sales associates to do better.
