I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this establishment. I booked a 90-minute massage along with a body scrub online and arrived on time for my appointment. Upon arrival, the energy immediately felt off and unwelcoming. I was then told that the body scrub I booked could not be done, with no clear explanation or attempt to accommodate or adjust the service professionally. What made the situation even more concerning was being asked to pay upfront before receiving any service. I have been getting massages for over 15 years and have never been required to pay in advance in this manner, especially without explanation. The interaction felt targeted and inconsistent with standard professional practices. Overall, the experience left me feeling uncomfortable and, frankly,
