Tanning Oasis

I have been using this salon for two years. With in the past four months I have been unhappy. They offer auto draft service, that is not working. I have requested for the owners to call me 5 times. They refuse to call me about this issue. The girls have said that the owners response was "Oh well". That I would have to come in each month and pay in store. Well I find this inconvenient. The owners lack business since. If the owners don't care if there customers are happy, then what else do they not care about? I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I have been going here for 3 years, it was ideal, with that said it has turned into a dump. A good indicator that there are problems is when the staff is constantly turning over (look to management and owners). They rarely have all of their beds operating, something is always broken. The prices continue to go up, the hours are shorter and girls working the counter are not customer centric. Today I was told I have to buy goggles to visit (they used to be supplied). Their mark up, lack of customer service and greed have me at another salon now. They will not stay in business like this.

Service was spotty at best (depending on who was working - some of the girls were very nice). I had 2 different employees tell me 'don't worry about giving 30 days notice for cancelling we can get it done as long as its a week or two out'. When I cancelled 2.5 weeks out the girl told me it was fine they would get it processed and sure enough they charged me the next month. When I called up there to get it refunded (and I had to call twice and re-explain several times) they said sorry - you signed a contract - too bad. And the girl I spoke to then hung up on me. Seems to me their employees could use some better training - AND manners.

Buyer be ware!!! I stopped in yesterday to finish my 1 session only to over hear the customer infront of me being told they no longer have weekly sessions and these are our new beds and monthly rates. However, no new beds have arrived but you have to buy the new packages based on the new beds that won't be here until next month and only 1 at a time will be showing up. Higher rate, old beds and limited packages is going to hurt your bank account. The customer walked out. I then inquired and was told the same thing. I too will not be buying your packages. Really sad because I enjoyed this place.

That place was great with old owner.Now it is so baaaad. Beds don't work, AC was broken for a week, front desk girls always chanhe and is never trained properly, so when there is an issue they have to call "owner" and get directions how to fix it. I tried to cancel multiple times but they kept charging me. When asked the owner to call me back, she never did.
