Recently I started going to TANMAX. What disappointed me is I was tanning and left my watch in the stand up bed. I headed to another appointment and realized I had forgotten my watch. I called my wife to have her call the place right away so they could grab it and hold it for me. When she called the number it does not connect to the store and is a voicemail saying don't leave message only email us. By the time I got back there about an hour later it was gone. One of the staff was going to get a hold of manager and no one called me. If they would have had a direct number there would have been a good chance of getting it back.

Employees are mostly on their phones. They done upsell products, nor do they offer upsell packages. They get up show the bed and sit down. Personally working at a tan shop in another state, this work not be acceptable. As a customer I'm a bit surprised for a city, they aren't more engaging and happy you're there. Beds are ok. Not much explanation. Bulbs were out, no one cared. Probably not somewhere id visit again for my tan. The service is included in my experience.

I had a spray tan membership here for years but finally cancelled it because of the inconsistent results. Splotchy and uneven tanning results. One time it just sprayed air. I don’t know if maybe they don’t clean their nozzles or lines out properly, but I could never trust my results, so just invested in a good at home self tanner.
