I’m so happy with my hair. I’m visiting from out of town so was nervous to try a new place, but Michelle did an amazing job matching my color. She also trimmed my hair exactly how I wanted it. So pleased. Nice shop with a beautiful view out the back too.

This place is absolutely wonderful. The girls are very nice & accommodating. I've had appointments with a few of them. This last time I had a fantastic hair stylist (Jenna) I have alot of very long hair so it's no easy task. She really knows her stuff and did a wonderful job. All the girls are divine. They ask if you need water or coffee etc. There's a very clean Restroom if needed. I would highly recommend going here for any type of hair appointment with anyone available.

Tangles is so good. They treat your hair so delicately, it feels like you’re in the clouds. Everyone who works there are also so amazingly talented and kind. They also make you feel so comfortable.

Just moved to Palmer and am shocked how quickly I found a hairstylist that I will now use going forward. She did a FANTASTIC job! Thank you Michelle! I had so many compliments on my hair - I absolutely love the work you do!
