Healing Body Solutions is a very affordable, welcoming, and homey environment Chris offers not only massage and bodywork acupressure tuina, but also offers qigong wednesday evening and tiachi classes tuesday afternoon. All are super beneficial for your overall wellbeing. With the helpful expertise and guidance from Chris it can change your life. Chris is great at listening and always helping others the best way she can. Also don't skip out on the hot chinese tea! Highly recommend!

I have never have been to a massage therapist, ever. It was something I never felt comfortable going to. When I heard about Healing Body Solutions and the amazing effect it has had on people I had to push my discomfort aside. Immediately on arrival for my appointment Christine had made me feel at ease by pouring me a cup of amazing tea and talking about why I was there. She explained the process completely and at that point I was completely comfortable and ready for my first appointment in my 57 year life. During the treatment, I felt areas loosen. I have known Chris for about a year. She has become a great friend. She has a loving and healing space with tuina acupressure. I really enjoy her qigong and tiachi classes. And more to come. It's a great place for healing.

Fantastic Tuina treatment; energy that has been locked into my spine for at least a decade, becoming more and more tight and uncomfortable, with occasional numbness radiating into my left leg has been moving and clearing. I'm noticing that doing yard work outside is nowhere near as tiring to my back, and I have been able to keep going a whole lot longer since starting with Christine and her Chinese acupressure. I had a third treatment yesterday, and today I'm at my part time job, at my standing desk and noticing that for once my left leg isn't weak, and my lower back isn't numb. Amazing! Highly recommend Christine and her magical technique!
